On February 5, the National Bank of Ukraine published a notice that the domestic payment system «24NONSTOP» and its management company «IT Finance» were excluded from the register of payment systems. The regulator made this decision because the company ignored the NBU's order to suspend its operations back in January, which the NBU issued due to violations of the law. “According to the decision of the NBU Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Banks, Supervision of Payment Systems No. 45 dated February 4, 2016, the «24NONSTOP» payment system was excluded from the register of payment systems, settlement systems, participants of these systems and operators of payment infrastructure services,” the NBU said in a release. According to clause 9.3 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Payment Systems and Funds Transfer in Ukraine”, “”...payment organizations of payment systems and their participants have the right to operate in Ukraine only if their data is entered in the Register”, further operation of the «24NONSTOP» system will be a violation of the law. Dear subscribers, please use other payment methods to credit funds to your personal account.
