ТРК «Україна» переоформила ліцензію на трансляцію в багатоканальній телемережі МХ-2 телеканалу «Кіноточка». З 20.10.2014 року телеканал змінить свою назву та логотип «Індиго tv». Разом з цим зміниться і програмна концепція телеканалу: з просвітницько-інформаційного канал стане науково-просвітницьким з фільмопоказом. «Індиго tv» буде спрямований, в першу чергу , на жінок, "які є цетром сім'ї". Канал підніматиме питання про відношення в сім'ї, про дітей. Ефірну сітку телеканалу складуть науково-популярні програми, шоу про захоплення, передачі про внутрішній світ, відношення, догляд за дитиною та інше.
