We provide analog telephony and IP telephony using SIP technology.

Analog (traditional) telephony is based on telephone cables and connects to the operator's PBX.
SIP telephony is a modern digital telephony method.

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is a protocol used for voice communication over the Internet. The signal is transmitted to a device that supports SIP telephony and is connected to the Internet. This could be a computer, tablet, smartphone, SIP phone, etc. Employees can use the city number not only in the office or at home but also anywhere with internet access.

If you have lost the settings for SIP telephony, please contact our managers at (044) 300-13-00. After that, you will need to come to our office to receive new settings.

For security reasons, settings are not sent via email!

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a modern telephony technology that allows customers to interact with a company's phone system in real-time through customizable voice scripts. DTMF tones are used to navigate between menu/script items. Thus, the system operates without the involvement of a secretary or consultant. The voice menu enables the playback of interactive prompts and individual greetings, personalizing customer service.
