    Most often, such issues arise due to incorrect operation of the router or other of client's network equipment and can be resolved by restarting it. Also, check the cable connection to the WAN/Internet port of the router, disconnect, and reconnect it.

    To change the tariff plan, you need to contact our managers at (044) 300-13-00.

    Complete the service suspension form and send the letter with it to our managers at manager@miit.ua. If you don't do this, the subscription fee will continue to be deducted from your balance.
