If your TV doesn't have the capability to install apps, you will need to connect an Android set-top box, such as the iNeXT TV5, that allows the installation of the SWEET TV app.
We provide television from the online cinema SWEET TV using the OTT technology.
This can happen for various reasons, the most common ones include:
- Low Internet Speed:
For the proper functioning of OTT television, a stable internet connection is necessary. We recommend connecting your TV/device to the router using an Ethernet cable. If you choose to connect via Wi-Fi, ensure the router is positioned with minimal distance and obstacles for signal transmission. It is also recommended to use a network in the 5GHz range.
- Equipment Lag:
Restart your TV/device and your router by unplugging them.
